Which version to choose for Tensorflow and others?

I have tried and there was few problems to run example. at last i am able to run it using these settings but there was still 3 problems which i resolved from issues section. Python 3.5.2 Opencv '4.1.1' tensorflow '1.14.0' CUDA Version 10.0.130 CUDNN 7.4.1

and there was these problems which are resolved according to the guidelines in the comments.

Didn't you also need to install 1. scipy and 2. PIL to run test_pgn.py?
