Add support for Azure IaaS.

Is anyone actively working on Azure support? If so, I would love to help out in any way.

@abhinavrau we're not currently working on this - the whole team is busy on billable work. We'll let you know if/when we resume this.

We'd welcome pull requests, but to be frank the code has a lot of technical debt and wouldn't be easy or intuitive to extend.
