Disable compass teleportation behind worldborder

The Problem

On our server, we allow players to use the compass teleportation to move and discover faster the world. But our world is delimited with a world border, so sometimes players are jumping out of the worldborder and die instantly.

A Solution

It can be great to not allow the teleportation behind the world border. A solution can be to check if the target position is outside the world border or not. This option can be maybe disable in the config file
