The site is currently offline; just a guess but maybe someone's DNS provider returned a domain squatting page with ads when the server did not respond and that is how it got on the block list. They did have a blog page, but it had no posts, and the "about us" page was empty even when the site was up, so it looks like a one-man operation and they did not pay their hosting bill. Probably went out of business, but I think you are correct - I see no reason to block the domain.
