Add ability to move waypoints on the graph

It would be really useful if you could either drag a waypoint or click to select it then click to change its location.

Just a heads up, WPI's own pathfinder UI allows you to do this already. It will be released in time for the 2019 season, so you might want to look out for that as well =) @DrewTheRat

The repository is on WPI's GitHub account as well. You can run it in a few simple steps. But this application is meant to be used with Pathfinder V2 that Jaci is releasing soon. Therefore, you can't exactly use it with pathfinder v1 (existing) at the moment.
