License of json2vec

Hey, I just wanted to ask if you plan to license your code?:)

Oh and I wanted to try the code and recognized that you did not provide a requirements.txt file as described in your README.md.

Whoops, thanks for pointing this out.

Unfortunately I don't have access to the original repo at the moment, but I've added a requirements file that should work for now. Please let me know if there are any issues.
