Practice Mode or select/seek to song position.

I think would be good for chart testing on longer/hard songs + good for practicing sections with how hard season 4 has been with some songs.

My idea is to have a seek to position in the song making the run invalid or a separate mode.

This is in the works, a bit ago I had set up a global song timebase class and got the ability to set start/end times in code, and even had "playing" the section working. Will need some more dev time as it'll require new menus and a decent bit of planning for usability
