emmlua Stop后无法再次启用

1. …dbg.tcpListen('localhost', 9966) 开启后正常
2. …使用 dbg.stop() 关闭后，再次使用 dbg.tcpListen() 就无法开启，从netstat发现并没有开启listen socket
