Saving/loading bitrate from a .properties file when opening/closing the application

I got tired of always re-applying the bitrate setting so I made the application to save the bitrate upon exit.

The .properties file is stored next to the .jar file. If writing/reading the file fails for some reason, the application continues to work without the functionality.
