Bug with Expanding window in Notion - Buttons not Accessible

When I have Notion open in the website, I am able to see:

The grey box that appears around the arrow next to a Favorited page in the sidebar shows up when I am able to expand this. This was something that was working in Custom Frames for the longest time. But then, it now shows:

This is such a weird and specific bug that I can't quite explain but is showing up. I also cannot perform the expanding of elements below this in Custom Frames. It will only take me to the page and not show me the contained pages
