Collection Support from trakt/mdblist

Ability to create collections based on Trakt/MDB lists

For MDB you just add /json to the list (no api key needed unless its private) Ref: https://mdblist.com/lists/bakes82/tv-pilots-last-two-weeks/json They have full API also if you want to use that as well for some other things and have people add an api key.

Trakt has a robust api also, mdb would be "easier" to implement first since its simple apikey and in theory you could append to URL

EX input screen would be url, collection name, maybe set a cache duration defaulted to like 12hr or something to cache the response.
