Fix IBKR import ticker symbol

Related to this: https://github.com/Eleven-Trading/TradeNote/issues/112 The original solution gets a symbol from the UnderlyingSymbol column and it has following downsides:

1. In the trades you will only see SPY. You won't see wether it's a Call/Put, expiration date, strike price
2. The app sends a ticker as "O:SPY" to which doesn't make any sense for Polygon because in this format it expects an option.
