Save custom filters in dropdown

After creating a filter for Dashboard, Daily or Calendar, I would like to save the filter settings for later. The custom filters can then selected from a dropdown to apply all settings.

What is needed

• Save button to save the current filter settings
• Dialog to enter filter name
• Dropdown (dynamically rendered) for custom filters
• Dropdown selection handler to apply custom filters automatically
• Automatically click on Filter to apply and load the data
