utxoupdatepsbt does not set nonce field properly.

I am manually updating a PSBT and then calling utxoupdatepsbt to set additional fields the wallet knows about. When I do this, utxowitness has the nonce field set to null. However, when I call walletcreatefundedpsbt, the nonce field gets set with the correct value.

No, nonces are unique to Elements.
