[ SUGGESTION ] Add option to unlock full 60fps / Disable Vsync by default on specific games.

Hi! I was just messing around with the plugin on some games, and I noticed that in some Unity unnoficial ports like Cuphead or Hollow Knight from PatnosD, the options this plugin have to turn off vsync/remove 30fps cap improve the gameplay a lot.

But having to open the plugin menu everytime we open those games to turn on this option seems... Unnecessary, and a bit annoying, I mean, this could be automatic like in VitaGrafix for example.

So I decided to register this idea here, of adding an automated option to turn vsync off / remove 30 fps cap on certain games. I don't know how difficult this is to implement, or if this project is still alive, but anyway, I think it would be something nice to have so here's the idea.

Maybe just something like a config.txt thing that allow us to choose between unabled/60fps/vsyncOFF turned on by default and then we just add the plugin only in the games we want instead of the ALL option on the tai plugins for example, no need for something fancy.
