Add support for 720p and 1080i

Please add support for newly relased p4g HD render patch

Let's hope Electry adds this at some point but i didn't want to wait so i made a version that doesn't crash when using a 720p framebuffer. (i don't have a pstv anymore so 1080i won't work still)

When i added the 720p option it messed up the gui/text scaling when using lower resolutions, but the code for the scaling is confusing, and i didn't want to invest any more time into trying to understand all of it so i only fixed what needed fixing. (the header text can be too small to read on some resolutions so i made the titleid slightly bigger)
