When I start it keyboard is not working at all. Current build Version 1.0.0-dev (c3087bb@fix) running on 10.11.4 Beta (15E27e).

Thanks for testing, did you compile from scratch in your machine? I can't actually test in 10.11.4, I'm running 10.11.2. If you didn't compile from scratch would probably be worth a shot to see if the logger can start from Xcode (at least in debugging mode).

Where is it supposed to log the data? http://prntscr.com/9tn14q I think I managed to compile the pull recommended.

All data is logged in the sqlite database found in ~/Library/Application\ Support/Keystats/keystrokes.

Still the keyboard locks is not solved, I tried to on a newly deployed OS X and is same, keyboard is blocked un Safari 9.0.3 El capitan. This was from the fixed git build.
