Suggestion: Avoid drill comissions

IMO, most players who have been playing for a while do not do drill commissions since we have too many of them anyway and are not in danger of running out.

It would be great if we can have an option in the config file and code to avoid doing drill commissions.

However, I appreciate this may be very tricky to implement, so feel free to close this issue out if so :p

But aren't there drill commissions with other rewards like oil or gold too? And the ones with only drills and exp as rewards generally pop out after you have finished the others, since they usually spawn first.

And they give larger amounts of experience iirc.
