Better documentation for custom learners

When you specify a new predict method for a custom learner, the interaction with the skll Learner method of the same name is unclear.

For example, the Learner predict method makes some decisions about how to post-process predictions based on characteristics of the model (e.g. whether the learner is a classifier). You might not necessarily want that as part of your custom learner.
