Current Behavior

the last command in stage 2 python -m aqt install 5.12.9 windows desktop win64_mingw73 C:/msys64/mingw64/bin/python.exe: No module named aqt fails so QT is not installed

Expected Behavior

QT should be installed

Install MSYS2 environment from scratch
