[FEATURE] Filter events based on tags
Description
In issue https://github.com/EddieHubCommunity/BioDrop/issues/5832 which is to manage tags for the event. This issue is to filter the events by those tags
- Add select dropdown to the top of the Event list page
pages/events.js(this should change the url history, so the back button can be used and deep linking)
https://www.biodrop.io/events
- Existing tags at the bottom of the Event component, when clicked change the select dropdown
- Update Event's API to filter by selected tag

@Mumtaz12 this issue is not ready to be worked on as it still has the label status: blocked - please familiarise yourself with the project's Contributing Guide so that you are aware of the requirements.
Also, we ask new contributors who have not yet worked on this project (aside from creating their Profile) to choose unassigned issues within the Points 1 to 3 range.

@jatingodnani what you are saying is already referred to in point 2 of the issue description. However please read through my comments above - this issue is blocked and please also do not tag a specific maintainer.
I will now be locking this issue to minimise any more noise, until this is ready to be worked on.
