Save results in structured folder

When all the output is placed in current_directory+/out and current_directory+/sub this is not good if you scan multiple domain it will make everything like a mess and hard to organize the item for long used maybe be organized like what aquatone did was the best way

We can create the output on ~/smith/[domainname]/out and ~/smith/[domainname]/sub this approach will make things better organized
