Cognitive Dissonance dual-wield weapons do not equip properly

Describe the issue in detail and how to reproduce it:

Attempting to equip a dual-wieldable weapon works, but only in the second slot. Reproduction steps:

• Load savegame
• Equip 'Rusty revolver' slot 2
• Attempt to equip to slot 1 as well
• Notice inability easyrpg_log.txt Save01.zip
