Symlinks not supported on Windows

Player platform:

Windows

Describe the issue in detail and how to reproduce it:

Start Plsyer.exe in a directory that is a symlink to another directory. The program refuses to read the files and crashes. Start Player.exe in a directory containing a directory symlink to another, and try selecting that folder in game browser. The program refuses to enter the folder.

The main issue here is that we do not want that games can "traverse" out of the game directory so symlinks should not be supported while a game is executing but the game browser itself shall follow symlinks.

Both, game browser and games use the same code internally to access fails so this requires changes everywhere to propagate if something is a symlink and then some flag to indicate if it should be followed or not...
