Allow to ask confirmation in custom actions

This is related to this issue : #6674

This is a first draft that is far from being completed. I need help and validation to see if I'm going in the right direction. I've made something very, very simple for now and it doesn't meet all the user cases.

This PR adds a setConfirmationModal() method to the Action that expects a $modalText parameter.
