Delete button not working

Describe the bug When I try to delete something, I get sent to a screen that says "The information you’re about to submit is not secure Because this form is being submitted using a connection that’s not secure, your information will be visible to others." When I click "send anyway" it redirects to my index page, but nothing gets deleted

To Reproduce See above. Using Easy Admin 4.
