Bug with MoneyField due to the update of the Bootstrap version

Describe the bug There is a graphical bug for MoneyField and I think it is due to the update to the last Bootstrap version

To Reproduce Just render a MoneyField like that bug_moneyfield

Thanks for reporting this error.

If you have some time, please try to provide a Pull Request to fix it.

The fix must be made in some file inside assets/ and then the assets must be rebuild by running the command make build-assets.
