Describe the bug

The MCMMO Taming skill GORE is not Procing on players

According to the EMC Wiki and ingame the skill is enabled

To Reproduce

Level 1000 Taming Skill Get a Wolf Attack a Player or have them Attack You

Expected behavior

The Wolf will attack the player but do no additional damage from GORE even though it should be proccing 100% of the time The Player Should Be taking additional Damage From GORE
