Enable Boats To Use Bubble Elevators

Currently, boats just sink to the bottom with soul sand bubble elevators. You cannot use these elevators for, a) Ice boat racing (F1) b) Transporting goods in boat-chests up Y levels

Find some sort of way to allow boats to use bubble elevators. There is no need for them not to. It could cause lag. Yes. But then just enable something which despawns boats that are not being used. Please please please. This would

You can get a Boat to use a watervator... They aren't all that much bulkier than a player/mob one. Message for an in-game tour sometime (or just show up and try it out if I'm not out of boats (I haven't really checked out my town in a bit...)).
It would be nice if they could use them as easily as a player though ), without the "tricks"/extra fiddly bits.
