ID token returned in Web but not Android

The access token can be acquired on both Web and Android platforms, but the ID token is only returned on the web, with android returning blank.

Haven't tested other platforms (IOS/MacOS/linux) as no devices for testing.

ID token required for certain API auth (AWS AssumeRoleWithWebIdentity).
