Crashes SDR# latest code

Doing a typical install w/32-bit dll as directed. plugins.xml file is updated properly

When the SDRSharp program starts, it doesn't care for the DLL and crashes. Removing the DLL returns function of SDRSharp.

SDRSharp version. 1.0.0 1700 with an AirSpy HF+ on Win10 Home 1809

Plugin version is v1.2.6378

Same issue here. Is this project still actively maintained? If not, i may try to branch it and fix.
