The edits on PR #224 deprecate Malic as it is not a mineral.

Malic needs a new home in SWEET and the deprecated class needs a pointer to it.

Is this meant to be "Malic Acid" (noun, https://pubchem.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/compound/malic_acid)? If so, it could be subClassOf [http://sweetontology.net/matrOrganicCompound]
