Look into harmonizing SWEET with the Planetary Data Systems ontology

Not sure if this is 'harmonization' or an extension. This would probably start as an exploration/demonstration.

This looks like HTML derived from a source computable DDL representation. Do we have access to the source, or will it be necessary to parse HTML?
