Add self-modification, self-healing, resilience (probably own milestone)

• Add self-modification and self-healing capabilities to spin up new flowd instances via containers or full virtualization. API-based modification of the network during run-time in order to add new parts to the network. Become as resilient as possible, like CockroachDB.
