Implement support for the oldes live Django LTS version.

The EOxServer no longer works with newer version of Django and it seems like all the currently supported Django versions are past their EoL.

We still have projects which make use of the EOxServer and we cannot easily switch to different SW. In other words, we still need a basic maintenance of the EOxServer.

The objective should be to support at least the oldest live Django LTS version, which is currently 4.2.
