Referenceable Datasets passing through +/-180 meridian cannot be registered

There is a whole chain of issues as this case is not treated properly by both EOxServer and GDAL. . Basically, whole referenceable coverages' handling must be reviewed and fixed.

Some workarounds have been implemented for Rectified Datasets and the final solution should be, if possible, unified for both Referenceable and Rectfied Datasets.
