Make into Conda package

In my python package bregman-learning, I use, amongst others, your library and would like to make my package available on conda-forge in addition to PyPI. Since simplify is not yet available on conda-forge, or other conda channels, I wanted to ask if you would like to add it. Otherwise, I could create a recipe and do so (the release will not be affiliated with a specific user). Until then I can not add mine(see conda issue 548 for why).
