View cumulative usage

As an admin I can see the cumulative usage on my private and public networks So that I can assess whether things are running smoothly or if there is a problem to address

• We will use a one month cycle for data, starting at the first of the month
• Later, we may allow users to change the start/end dates to match their billing cycle
• User can change the interval for viewing the data (e.g. current hour, current day, current month)
