Create default firewall configuration to overlay onto existing firewall

Purpose is to make a set of firewall configuration additions to harden the router. Recipie for flood detection, brute forcing authentication, malformed packets and IPv6. Suggested by @RiscureRob . Request to @RiscureRob to update this issue with more details so it is implementable.
