Software request: Neuroscience software ala CC.

Lots of European environments lack Neuro software. CC has EasyBuilds!

On top of the list, we are also interested in FSL - https://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/fslwiki

I am the HPC support at the Donders Institute. We could help to check the installed neuroscience/imaging applications if they are available on EESSI repo. Thanks!

Just to make sure that we keep track of this, @hurngchunlee requested the following packages to be added, as they would like to test EESSI at the Donders Institute:

This could perhaps be a nice test for the bot when it's ready to be tested. We should also check if FreeSurfer does even work in a Gentoo Prefix environment, as they're only shipping binary versions for CentOS and Ubuntu.
