Beta - engineering options choice window is not fully expanding
Engineering blueprint options do not expand choice window correctly. This is for Internal, Weapons and Utility column. Core modules have engineering blueprints choice working good. This is on Beta coriolis.
Tried in FF and Edge browsers.
This is working fine for me. Coriolis is written entirely in Javascript, so usually functional issues like this which can't be replicated, are down to the users machine. It is odd that you've tried it in both FF and Edge and got the same results, but this is mine in Chrome:
This is Firefox
And this is Edge
If it's been a while since you used Coriolis, you may need to do 'Ctrl + Shift + R' in order to clear the cache in the browser.
Hello ! I'm also getting this issue on Firefox (v144.0.2)
For what is worth, I checked in the web inspector and consistenly get the following error, upon selecting the "click to select a blueprint" button:
TypeError: t.substring is not a function
Hope this can help narrowing down something. In any case, thanks for keeping up Coriolis !

Hi Charlie, we uncovered in the discord, that this is a problem with beta.coriolis.io and not the main site, coriolis.io. This is unfortunately, an issue I came across while upgrading the beta site with new menus and selections. The https://alpha.coriolis.io is currently the main 'development' site, which has had a full upgrade from React 15 to React 19, it's had the search feature replaced, the menu's for both module selection and engineering, replaced and upgraded and includes many of the 'pre-engineered' modules, which the live site, does not have. I will be replacing the beta site, with the alpha site, eventually and ultimately, the live site will get replaced with it as well. Currently, if you need stability over everything else, the live site is the site to use, this site does not have the new menu structure, it still operates on an ancient (2015) version of React, the search feature is limited and flawed and it does not have the pre-engineered modules. If you need pre-engineered modules, or just want to use the latest version, then the https://alpha.coriolis.io site is the one to use.
Hello ! Thank you for your answer !
I was hoping to do "my part" when I got the issue and saw it here on GitHub ^^
However, I didn't know about the alpha version, which is super cool. In fact, I discovered the beta when tweaking EDMC and saw the option for Coriolis.
As your and other fellow contributors work goes on the alpha, I will happily jump on there from now on ! If there is some issues, may I help to document them somewhere on GitHub or do you favor the Discord ?
In any case, thanks a lot again !

Yup, any new issues, with it, open them here on Github, but feel free to come let us know in the Discord as well, it draws our attention to it and often people can help debug problems live in the Discord.
Hi, just jumping in here to say that I ran into this suddenly using FF 145.0 also. Changing to alpha in EDMC worked. Maybe you can coordinate with the EDMC people to use https://alpha.coriolis.io/import?data= as their beta channel instead of beta? I would open an issue but am not 100% that this is the way you want to go forwards :) Also, whilst I am here, thanks for all the great work!
Hope this can help narrowing down something. In any case, thanks for keeping up Coriolis !
