Improvement: proportional weighting option

Added the 'weight_proportionally' optional argument to circuit_fit(). This basically scales down the residual by the real and imaginary components, respectively.

At the moment, if both 'weight_by_modulus' and 'weight_proportionally' are specified, the first will be executed.

Appropriate tests were added.
