xdebug有効時、プラグインインストールに失敗する

xdebugが有効な環境の場合、プラグインインストール時に次ののエラーが発生 (画面上には表示されない。ログで確認)

Maximum function nesting level of '256' reached, aborting!

xdebugを無効にすると解消されます。 プラグイン利用時の注意事項として記載する
