double-bonds shift when aromaticity is created

When a system is aromatic, the shown double-bonds may not correspond to the ones made on the molecular graph object. This shows as a shift in the double-single bond pattern when the aromatic pattern is finalized. Probably needs changes deep in RDKit to be fixed.
