While using OLS4 I just noticed that, at least under EFO's ontology, the metadata on the right hand side changes (field name and the people listed) whenever I click on Tree or List.

Is this intended?

I guess it has to do with the fact that there are two lists of Creators, lower- and upper-case. And assume the stochastic change between the order of creators has to do with a random choice of the order:
