Known compatible USB-C<>RJ45 Dongles?

Hi, your app is my last resort to be able to use my new Micro 4K G2s without having to spend even more money just to get an ATEM and set fire-and-forget settings on the cam ... I'm using a standard USB-C dongle with USB-A, RJ45 and a SD Card reader. The cam will not connect to your app, error 19. The dongle does light up so it gets power, but something's wrong. Which dongle did you use?

Update: Tried a Goombay RJ45 to USB-C Cable. No joy.

Try a Belkin 4 in 1 USB-C hub.

Any usual Realtek USB chipset works, Belkin ones are the most common/generic widely available and trusted ones.

But I would avoid using hubs, use only USB-C ethernet dongle (unless you need additional USB-C for recording to SSD etc... but not hub with additional unnecessary things like HDMI etc).
