Describe the bug Moving a batch of files/folders within a linked folder should be handled correctly in both flatten and standard mode. When flatten, the related functions should remain in the active session but with updated file references. In standard mode, the namespace hierarchy should be reflected. Ideally it should cope with a "reasonably" sized number of files (~1000 files?).

To Reproduce

1. Link a folder with some subfolders with apl files.
2. Move a folder or some files into a different subfolder.

Expected behaviour As described above.

Additional context This may work already in 4.0, haven't tested.
