Don't allow making folders with the same name as existing files

Making a folder with the same name as a file (including extension) is confusing, breaks icon grid & is not how Windows works.

@adiig7 Sure, anyone can look at any issue. I don't do assignment but if you find a solution feel free to make a PR so I can review it. I don't typically merge outside code, but it's not impossible and if you are onto something in your PR I will indeed integrate the changes.
