Open terminals .terminal.split

This is a feature request. Unless there is a better way to configure this. If I run a script, I don't want it to hide my other running scripts. I want to keep as many as 3 or 4 on the fore front in split terminal mode.

Use case: When I open my editor I run several commands right from the beginning. I will run my client, my server, and my tests on watch. Why can't I keep them all in terminal.split tabbed mode? Moving through only able to see one at a time is very limiting for an immediate feedback loop while developing.
