Sync User Prefixes

Most forums such as vBulletin have the ability to set a user title that will appear under your username. This user title will be set by your group by default but sometimes users will have permission to change it, or it will be set by # of posts, etc...

Back to the point, you should add the ability to sync a players prefix based off of a field in the database, which is typically located with the rest of your user info. Optionally group prefixes as well.

I think this is good for making better use of the forum in-game.
